Our mindfulness specialist, Ellie Needelmen, is a private education consultant specializing in test prep with mindful study strategies.

Her services include mindfulness workshops, one-on-one sessions, and embedding mindfulness into her test prep tutoring.

After completing her yoga certification in 2013, she started to incorporate breathing techniques into her tutoring practice.

Mindful breathing techniques help students to better focus while learning an essential skill that will help them tackle any academic challenge.
